Delivery, Returns & Privacy
OpenStoryTellers aims to deliver within the UK in 3-5 working days, sending items by Royal Mail second class as standard.

Delivery rates are as follows (within the UK):

£2.00 on individual greetings card packs, tote bags, tea-towels and books.
​
£3.50 for a combination of items and cushions.
​
RETURNS: Should you not be happy with an item, we accept returns and provide a refund up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is returned to us as new. The buyer pays the return postage.
