We are looking for a Group Assistant to support our Get Connected session at OpenStoryTellers on Tuesdays.
As a Group Assistant your role will be to support the Group Lead in the effective delivery of the Get Connected project. You will support the delivery of a range of structured activities for adults with a range of learning disabilities as well as facilitate ‘free time’ for members to work on projects independently or just socialise. This maybe on Zoom calls as well as face-to-face sessions.
The right person for the role will be creative, motivated, a good communicator and have a friendly and approachable personality.
The post is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and Somerset Community Foundation (Discovery Fund).
